Hi Everyone!
My friends and family know that I would find it painfully out of character to run in any form of underwear in public...turtlenecks are frowned upon in this event and considered not in keeping with team spirit!
That said, welcome to my Underwear Affair Personal Page! As you can see, I’ve joined Alberta Cancer Foundation’s Underwear AffairŽ presented by Mark's Work Wearhouse. Our team name is Naughty Knickers for Lisa and we are running the 10k on June 5, 2010. Lisa is a friend of mine whose mother is currently living with cancer. Having lost my own mom to lung/bone cancer, I strongly support any and all efforts to ensure that that one day nobody will have to suffer from any type of cancer.
This run is not only fun, but it fights prostate, colon, testicular, and ovarian cancer, among others.
I am asking that you please sponsor me for this extremely worthy cause.
